SYRIA, Seleucis and Pieria. Antioch. Philip I. AD 244-249. AR Tetradrachm (24mm, 10.61 g, 5h). Struck AD 248. Radiate and cuirassed bust left / Eagle standing facing, head right, with wings spread and wreath in beak. McAlee 907a; Prieur 357. Near EF, some underlying luster. Attractive bust type.
